Initiation to Completion
Generally, we are the lead consultant brought onboard to help build the team (architect, landscape architect, builder, functional consultants, interior designer, etc.). We then advise the owner throughout the project and manage the budget, timeline, and more.
Project Take-Over
At times, homeowners determine a project already underway is off-track and turn to us to step-in and take over. The owner encountered budget or timeline issues or lost faith in a team members, and needs support to “right the ship” or the owner decided the project is too overwhelming to manage without support.
